TECHNOLOGY SERVICES CONSULTATION
Service Description
The first step in booking any of our technology services involves an initial consultation. This consultation typically requires 30-60 minutes and can be done over the phone, in person, or through an online meet. The purpose of the consultation is to find out more about your needs so we can determine what services you may need or how we can assist you. The more questions you ask or the more details we cover the longer the consultation will be. Whether you are needing additional support, professional guidance, or trying to decide what type of support services may be right for you, a consultation is a great way to get all your questions answered so you can make an informed decision. A consultation not only helps us understand what you need but it also allows us to get to know more about each other which will determine if we are a good fit to partner together. Here are some things to keep in mind to help you prepare for our call. - What are your primary end goals? - Do you have a budget and timeframe for reaching your goals? - Using your end goals, please review our list of services to gather a basic idea of what types of services you may be looking for. - Write down questions you want to ask about our services and/or pricing.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment and providing you exceptional service is very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays and/or events can occur, that require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Our Policy: Cancellations requested more than 24 hours ahead of your appointment will not incur any penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved service unless your appointment is rescheduled on the spot. If you need to cancel your meeting with us, please notify us as soon as possible by email at support@with5loavesand2fish.com. If you are more than 15 minutes late for the scheduled meeting and/or service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
